”Location was great however the place needs a major remodel! That was not expected because of the price per night and the star rating. The stairs and walkways are a hazard. They are uneven. The room air conditioner was extremely loud. The old light fixtures flickered and the water pressure fluctuated.”

”Check in was horrible. 10 deep and only one attendant in the lobby of resort. Make sure you have your parking passes already completed before getting in this line. Condo itself was nice but attention to detail, no Keurig coffee pot, cosmetic issues of maintanence from guest to guest but most importantly AC DID NOT WORK FIRST DAY. On the positive, the management company was very hospitable to us and a technician was on site by 2pm the next day. Overall, no fault of the owner of this condo, resort...

”We spent the week visiting with our grandchildren, a heated pool was right behind the unit. The beach was a short walk away. The unit lacked basic kitchen items, such as pot holders. I contacted management regarding the existing damages,and no propane for the grill and they were quick to respond. We stayed during off season so lots of things were closed. We would stay here again.”

”It was clean but in need of updating. Very disappointing in that aspect. No love seat or sofa to sit on. The bed was old with springs! Appliances had rust and was old. Some things to cook with but very small. Thermostat was set to not go below 70 which made the afternoon sun coming through the windows warm but thank goodness we went in October when the temperatures were more mild. Parking is a lot of work as you have to park across the street in a garage and commute back and forth. ”

”Great beach location and lots of security on premises. Common areas well maintained. Unit was tired and worn out though. Furniture felt unstable and swivel chair leaning to one side. The ottoman was unsafe to sit on without falling through. One kitchen cabinet about to fall off hinges which I discovered when I opened the door. Beach chairs had torn canvas seats so unsafe to use. Bedroom carpets were very dirty (based on evidence from being barefoot in the unit). Television didn’t function until...
