Positive things: * we got our room 2 hours before the official check-in time * the food in the restaurant was very good and they had licenses * the room was very nice, spacious and everything was working well * the hotel is surrounded by a nice garden, and the hotel area is quiet and calm Negative: * the pool was in such a bad condition, that we could not even dip our toes in the water...

”Staff and Service makes the first impression and not the property itself. Here at SG, me and my family felt welcomed. Staff was courteous and made sure our stay and dinning experience was excellent. Rooms are of decent sizes with all the modern amenities you'd expect in this category of hotels. I'd recommend this hotel for your stay during your Mathura/ Vrindavan visit. The location is slightly inconvenient, away from most sites but walking distance to Sri Janmabhoomi temple. Good stall opposite offering samosa, kachori, barfi and other snacks. ”
