”Even a few days after flooding as the Orange River rose and flooded their lawns - the BnB was immaculate. Great service - friendly staff - rooms had a lot of creature comforts. Will certainly consider them as a future stay in Upington. Breakfast were awesome.”

”Have stayed in Upington several times before but first time we have stayed at Browns Manor. Fully deserves 4 star rating. A green oasis in the Kalahari - massive koi carp a reap bonus. Staff really kind and helpful. Nice clean pool with shaded area and loungers. Good quality breakfast included.”

”Convenient property. Get an upstairs room if possible since you can hear people walking upstairs and talking. Price is reasonable so it gets 5 stars overall. Stayed here many years ago when they first opened. No breakfast due to COVID changes. Good wifi internet. Stairs are somewhat steep so not good if you have any disabilities.”

”Amazing is the only word to describe our stay. From the moment that we entered until we drove away we were treated exceptionally by everyone. Even though we stayed during off season and there were not many people staying at the lodge, all services were available for us. The food at the restaurant was very delicious and the wait staff is second to none. Our only complaint was that the air conditioner in our room was exceptionally loud. We definitely recommend staying here.”
