”Avoid this one place. I never leave reviews, but if this helps one person it’s worth it. Our first room smelled like someone had a bunch of wet dogs in it, the clock didn’t work, and the tv speakers were blown. I thought it was a fluke and spoke with the gentleman at the front desk and asked for a new room; he moved us with no issue. But when we got to the new room is was a smoking room and we reserved a nonsmoking, not good when you have breathing difficulties. At this point it was midnight and...

”Our first room given had hairs in the bathtubs like it was never cleaned after last use. Upon looking at sheets there was hair in both beds in the room. I thought it was just a fluke. We went down to the desk and asked for a new room. They were accommodating. We got another room on the same floor. There were hairs in each bed in the new room still like they have not been changed. The windows in the 4th floor had handprints all over them as well which surprised me for a Hilton. We are not picky....

”The Retreat Center offered a fabulous opportunity for a midpoint stop. The location and property were stunning. The drive into the property offered great promise of a comfortable stay. The after hours check in was simple and the access to the room was right off the main driveway. Parking was easily accessible and close to the unit. The room itself was large, very clean, with a mini kitchen should it be necessary, and a single serve coffee pot was available. The bathroom was very clean, great...

”The room had an awful smell, the chair and carpet/floors were filthy. The AC in the room was not working. I went to the desk twice and both times a sign was up saying they were away. There were people hanging out in the parking lot and I didn’t feel safe staying. We left and did not stay the night.”
