”We had a very nice one night stay in Heraklion. I had booked a classic room, but hotel upgraded it to a suite. The room was very comfortable and in the evening there was a nice city view from the balcony. "I stayed in two different rooms, in a standatd one and in a luxury one and drains in both smelled terrible. I contacted different staff members but nothing was done about that. Also I had tiny crawling and flying sewer insects in rooms. In part of the rooms the view is directly over opposite rooms without any light curtains. "
