Strange experience
"Things we will remember in order: 1) No WiFi in the apartment (10A), though promised in advance. After mentioning this nothing happened 2) No access to sauna for a 15-year-old with the parents and no other people in the spa area. We were not told about the age limit beforehand in reception nor while ..."
