”Staff member when checking in barely said two words to me. Never smiled or got off her stool. Checkout staff was friendly.”

”It was very different checking in a kiosk. The definite value for the price was awesome in our ballpark that we needed, and it had a comfortable bed for us to rest our heads in our Travel cross country for a quick nap and refreshing shower.”

”We stayed in the room with 5 bunk beds. It was clean and roomy. The mattress’s were comfy enough. The room had a smell of moisture or mildew. The room was very humid. We had a good night sleep. Loved the court yard and the cascade park was right behind the motel. We enjoyed a walk in the park and the kids played at the very nice playground!”

”First off the staff was AMAZING, he helped me when needed a first floor room, and then there were problems with the tvs not working so he helped me move myself and kids to a different room. He made sure we had all the stuff we needed for our stay and was very helpful and kind. However the pool was closed, he said they had it listed on their website, it was not and that was disappointing as my kids were looking forward to swimming. ”We checked in at about 6:30pm on a Thursday evening, the front desk check in lady was not thrilled to be there at all and didn't smile, say hi, or anything friendly. Seems like she should probably not be working in hospitality. The lobby restrooms are in a hallway, there were rolls of carpet in the same hallway making it hard to even open the doors to the restrooms. This is very concerning for anyone traveling with a stroller, wheelchair, walker, cane, many bags. I could barely get in the door...

”For the price i would bypass this one . Rooms are not updated . Walls are paperthin . People next to us and above us kept us up all night long . We had a room with a balcony The bathroom had a window that overlooked the people next to us balcony so at anytime they could look into our bathroom just had a flimsey old curtain to block the view Food was not worth the price paid yea totally bypass this one at all cost”

”This place is clean and quiet, and the staff are exceptional. They helped me find a non-fast food restaurant in town with vegetarian options and my room and bathroom were sparkling clean when I checked in. Very happy with my stay!”

”For a basic motel, the accommodations were as expected. Clean room, very basic amenities that were adequate. No bugs which is definitely a positive! For the cost we were satisfied.”
