”Staff was rude they stayed outside my window drinking and smoking all night. Staffbasked people walking past where to get meth from. Rooms are nasty and dirty . I had to go out and get cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and kitchen. I looked under the sink and they had foils with black stuff on them. They had hair all in the bathroom on the floor. Manager kept entering the room in the moring. Told them I would be out by 11. But they kept letting themselves in. I had to push the door back...

”I suggested to the staff they leave an "information sheet" in each room with information like breakfast hours, etc. Also a pad of paper and pen would have been useful. I also would have appreciated a clock. Very nice hotel!”

”My new favorite Denver hotel. The staff is amazing, the coffee bar, bar, and Delicious restaurant. We're all wonderful. I was even able to catch a jazz band out on the patio. A really nice touch to have when you're traveling. The rooms are clean and designed with thought. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. Despite being located on a Major Street it's very quiet. I'm always greeted with a smile when I come through the lobby. The lady who works nights watches out for me when I take my dog...

”This is a great location and overall a good place. We were there for the 4th of July. We were warned that on the 3rd that we needed to be out of the parking lot early because of planned road closures for an event. We were not aware though that these closures would be until after 11 pm which led us not getting back to our room until after midnight. Also, they were very busy with softball teams and other large groups but they were not prepared to serve everyone at breakfast. The breakfast staff...

”I’d like to say I loved the area and the room itself but as we passed multiple homeless and arrived to our heavily sanitized room that reeked for days somewhere between bleach and garbage I realized this probably wasn’t the best idea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. And the hotel itself isn’t too far to get around downtown. We would’ve changed the room but had no time. We had plans set for the entirety of the weekend and our room was the last worry on my list. Maybe it was garbage...

”The house is quite run down with peeling paint inside & out. The 1st floor reeks of dog which wafts up to the 2nd floor guest rooms as well. Our view was of a commercial rooftop & alley with dumpsters. The owners act as valets, jockeying the four guests’ cars in a one lane driveway which doesn’t fit four cars so the last one in line is parked across the sidewalk; our car was left unlocked overnight both nights of our stay. I can’t really speak to the second morning’s breakfast as the 1st was...

”Our room didn’t seem very clean. We had a ripped sheet, missing toilet paper roll holder, big clumps of hair were on the shower walls, and the pool was slippery. It has a lot of potential.”

”The hotel is a bit older but well maintained and was actually getting new carpeting while we were there. Our room service everyday was excellent. Only complaint would be no full length mirror in the room. Other than that, excellent.”
