”I paid for 3 nights of which I was completely robbed of my money because I was forced to go to a different hotel. My Uber arrived a little past midnight at the hotel and their office was closed. There was no way to contact any one nor a way to check-in. I was stranded with all my belongings and no money because I had spent it on the room and the uber. Worst night of my life!!!”

”Everything was great except for the final charges are approximately $200.00 more than the amount that was originally agreed upon.”

”The house is quite run down with peeling paint inside & out. The 1st floor reeks of dog which wafts up to the 2nd floor guest rooms as well. Our view was of a commercial rooftop & alley with dumpsters. The owners act as valets, jockeying the four guests’ cars in a one lane driveway which doesn’t fit four cars so the last one in line is parked across the sidewalk; our car was left unlocked overnight both nights of our stay. I can’t really speak to the second morning’s breakfast as the 1st was...

”It was pretty clean and spacious, the staff was nice, and the pools were fun. But the elevator next to our room was broken - and without signage - for the duration of our stay, which was not disclosed to us at check-in. Also, our sliding door to the patio was broken, letting in all the sounds from outside. And the toilet was broken, so we kept having to take the top off the fix it so it would flush. Our family had a great time in the area, but we were disappointed with the broken items.”

”Showers are terrible, when u stand in tub, it creeks constantly. Free continental breakfast was a JOKE. Only offered plain bagels, bread and cereal. Nothing hot! Would have been nice to have a hot breakfast like waffles, eggs, pancakes.. something hot. We ended up going out to breakfast, daily, due to the lack of options included with our hotel stay 😭 We are smokers staying at a non-smoking hotel- which is fine.. we went outside in the back of hotel out of respect to others and it smelled...

”Overall a decent hotel. The bathroom floor was not very clean but other than that it was clean. Morning breakfast is adequate but nothing special. Staff was friendly.”

”The card readers on door was going out - we had to take several trips down to have the card reset. Come to find out it wasn’t us or the card it was the reader itself. Our A/C unit started pumping hot air and smelt like smoke. Maintenance came and our unit was froze over.”

”If you want only the bare basics, this will work. But don’t let the photos fool you…it is very small. NO COFFEE IN ROOM. PThe room and bed are very small. Good location. Pay parking garage next door. Staff was not overly friendly. Upon check in my room smelled like swamp and had to ask for a room change. Pay for breakfast- I did not try.”

”Very nice hotel. Rooms are nice and very comfortable. Only downside is paying for parking and a ridiculous price for breakfast. We just ate elsewhere. Would highly recommend!”

”Best place to stay in Cherry Creek. We love to stay with our kids but also think it’s a great place for couples for a nice little getaway. The rooms are spotless, all the restaurants have great food and service and you can’t beat the rooftop pool.”
