Room could use a little TLC with things like a broken soap dish in the shower, but we are an active outdoor couple and don't need grand comfort. You are in the tropical jungle so expect bugs. ”The hotel is quite well located not too far away from everything. Room had about everything basics you need. Steep walking uphill, would be good to get some kind of golf cart for transportation up maybe. :) Room had only one small trash can. You cannot smoke there and the hotel restaurant doesn't have any alcohol. ”

On arrival the shower was dirty with hairs from the previous guest left on the tiles, floor tiles stained as the shower has a drainage issue, and the shower pressure is extremely low when set to warm, I would describe it as a drizzle of water. ”Hotel was beautiful, not a party hotel which is great to go relax and enjoy some R&R. Spa was great. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Rooms were great, clean with beautiful beach views depending on your room view. Breakfast was good, rest of the Food was ok. Restaurant by the pool was the best. Drinks were on point! Overall will recommend. 4/5 because again lunch and dinner was just ok.”
