”It’s deceiving, they show pics of the front entrance and the beautiful lobby, but the place is run down and old nasty carpet, and the reason I chose there and paid so much was for the pool… it was so cold the kids shivered while in it. No hot tub so I’m sure it was not heated… indoor pool and no sun or heat is ridiculous. Was not happy at all… kinda getto feeling.”
