"The apartment is in need of a renovation. Floor carpeting is stained, some bad stains covered with a rug, couch is in need of replacing. Also cleaning should be improved, earlier guest hairs and hair pins in the apartment. Only single glazing and seals worn out so the traffic noise was about the same as if the window would be open. Location was good, fairly close to the city center, buses go on Symonds Street. If planning on walking, note that it's quite a bit higher than city center. On the positive side, pricing was ok for quite a big apartment."
