”Staff was great, room was super-clean, breakfast was fine. The building itself is small and we were on the first floor and could hear people coming and going.”

”The location was great close by sky city. The room was clean but pretty basic. The restaurant had nice menu but the breakfast was mediocre. The road noise was quite loud coming from the street in front of the hotel. Also they held the credit card authorization for a month. And it was supposed to be released in few days.”

”The house is absolutely gorgeous and the rooms were perfect sized with a large ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. The host Linda was lovely and accommodating and very helpful. We would definitely recommend Aachen House!”

”Nice hotel in a central location”

”Good quiet stay, clean room and bathroom”

”This new place is a welcome discovery, perfectly positioned just a hundred metres or so from the Newmarket Train Station (direct CRL into the city) and also the Newmarket shopping district with Westfield, cafés etc. The rooms are very nicely appointed, the bed linen of excellent quality and the general ambience very pleasant. It presents excellent value in comparison to many other options - we will definitely we staying here again.”

”Lovely hotel. The upgraded room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Wonderful suprise after long travel. The service upon arrival was friendly and cheerful—I felt truly welcome. The laundry room was a big plus. Breakfast was à la carte. I enjoyed having breakfast served at the table, but I found myself wishing for more variety—like filled sandwiches, fresh vegetables, and fruits. I was also surprised that it wasn’t possible to order fruit even for an extra charge. Fresher options would be a...

”Felt like the staff isn't working, they are just chilling in there? Good luck if your room is on top of the restaurant, the bass from speakers will shake your bed. Also the pods were so hot that couldn't sleep. They have little fans, but it didn't work. All the kitchen equipments are either broken or in really bad condition. ”

”Pleasant stay”

”We stayed in a compact room, but the one we were booked in seemed a little bit smaller . A bit cramped. Other than that the room was clean and tidy and we enjoyed our stay.”

”The room was exactly what we were looking for. Clean and modern. A great location at a great price and plenty of parking. We will definitely be staying there again.”

”Great place to stay, and would recommend to others.”

”Really good breakfast”

”Stayed here a few years ago & loved it. This location was perfect for our visit, handy to everything we wanted. Can walk to every thing, 15mins walk to muesum & domain. Eateries galore, pool & gym nearby. Catching train or bus to city easy as! Our room had a large balcony that didn't have the greatest view (ugly buildings & carpark buildings) but certainly got the sun & even the train noise wasn't that bad as some reviews have mentioned. Was a chilly weekend so being on the sheltered side was...
