”Spend a relaxing New Year holiday in Kalavasos, Cyprus. The Library hotel was an excellent choice: the 3 lovely sisters managing the hotel to an impeccable job, the cook is fantastic and the masseuse is outstanding. The surroundings of the old mining village are idyllic, with the school and church bells adding an at times annoying but characteristic flair to it all. Very good value for money, excellent location for exploring the island. A car is needed, in winter most of the other establishments...

”Internet connection was fast enough and reliable. Room was clean and had lots of space in wardrobes and drawers. Bus 30 traveled every 10 minutes along the beach road. The bathroom had a lot of space around the sink area, but the room itself could benefit from some updates. Additionally, the resort is conveniently within walking distance of a bus stop. The reception was helpful in arranging...

”Pool and restaurant were shut during our stay”

”Currently, avoid if no special discounts. No sound proof (acoustic insulation). All sounds from the corridor, from the neighbouring rooms and from outside are easily audible including the construction site close by where the work start at 6:00 am.”
