”子供と2人で日本から宿泊。必要十分な備品で快適に過ごしました。同じような立地でホテルも検討しましたが、どこも同価格帯では窮屈そうで、部屋の広さからこちらの方が自分たちに合っていました。ハイシーズンでしたが、他の宿泊客ともうまい具合に部屋割りしてくれているのか、全く生活音がせずゆっくり休めました。シャワーが熱湯しか出ないというトラブルがありましたが、チャットを通じて文字通り迅速に、そして部屋に入らず非接触で直してくださり、文句なしの対応でした。備品の追加や交換のオーダーも、お願いしてから非常に早く叶えてくれました。立地的には、ホテルから1分にコンビニがあり便利で、駅までもそう遠くは感じませんでした。またソウルに訪れる機会があれば、ここを利用します。”

”Check in at the beginning was difficult, as when you get to the building it is very confusing to access the elevators. I believe I was sent a code however it did not work for the elevator lobby and I had to rely on others entering or exiting the space.”

”スタッフが皆気さくで、優しかった。 長期滞在だったので部屋に乾燥機付きランドリーがあるのは大変助かりましたが、騒音対策として使用可能時間が8:00〜22:00に限られていました。 地下1階にキッチンがあり、基本的な調理器具やカトラリーが揃っているのもとても助かりました。”

”Great location and an excellent stay! The host was always accessible and responded very quickly whenever I had a question. I accidentally left my universal travel adapter behind, and they kindly ordered a replacement that was delivered right to the front door. I thought that was such a thoughtful gesture and it also means future guests will have one available if they need it. The rooftop amenities were a wonderful bonus. The gym, workspace, massage chairs, and complimentary coffee made the stay...
