Notre séjour dans cet hôtel était excellent. Les réceptionnistes sont top et très à l’écoute. Les 3 piscines sont très bien avec beaucoup de transats. L’hôtel quand à lui est très bien situé, à côté de beaucoup de choses comme la mer, les restaurants, supermarché etc… en bref je recommande

The location is great and the cleaning very good. The staff did every thing they could to make our staying pleasent. The only thing we didn't like was the noise from the renovation they are doing but the hotel will be great when they are done.

I stayed in this place last year and, despite some problems, I liked it enough to book again in 2024. Unfortunately, it has changed a lot. Before making the booking I called the reception and asked in Spanish to be given a room in a less noisy area than last time. When I arrived, I was given a room in the noisiest part right next to the busy road with passing buses roaring until very late at night. You can only sleep comfortably for a few hours before the roar of the traffic starts again in the early morning. Also the bathroom looks really old with bathtub being painted over INSIDE with white paint, tiles and paint almost falling from the ceiling and walls and some very nasty mould and fungus painted over. What is worst, is the attitude of the receptionists. I asked to be given a different room and I was told buses passing by don't bother the receptionist. I asked him if he ever slept in this place and there was obviously no reply... I was then told to come back the next day, and the other receptionist did not even bother to check if there were any other rooms. All booked up! I also pointed out there were some items missing in the kitchen, to which the receptionist just shrugged her shoulders and said: so what? do you want me to go and buy them for you? This place has changed beyond recognition and I very much regret booking another long stay here. Never again! The conditions are not acceptable for the price you pay and you expect for the staff to be more polite!

Good basic accommodation in Playa del Ingles
Great location, clean tidy rooms with a small kitchen, very friendly staff. A couple of minutes walk to the beach and lots of amenities (shops, restaurants etc) close by. The only thing I could fault was the lack of air con in the room. As we stayed at the end of November this was not too much of a problem, but I would think twice about booking if I were looking to stay in July/August.

Muy buen ubicado el alojamiento. La relación precio/calidad excelente y muy amable el personal a cargo. Las instalaciones están muy bien, quizás algo distintas de lo que se ve en las fotos pero en términos generales súper bien. Lo que no me gustó fue lo ruidoso que es: se escucha absolutamente todo lo que se habla en los pasillos y resto del edificio. Más de una vez nos despertaron las empleadas de limpieza que se gritaban en los pasillos para pedirse cosas o algún pasajero que pasaba caminando

Para un par de dias
apartamento que necesita renovación en baño y cocina, cosas viejas y estropeadas. Pequeño para 2 personas sólo un sofa para uno. Mucho ruido por la cara que da a la playa. Pedimos unas almohadas de más y nos trajeron unas que olían fatal. El servicio de limpieza como siempre a la hora de la siesta, aunque salgas temprano de mañana y pongas el cartel de limpiar, vienen cuando descansas.

Es war ein sehr schönes geräumiges Appartment mit Blick auf einen Pool. Insgesamt war im Zimmer alles gut ausgestattet, auch der Küchenbereich. Der Strand war gut erreichbar. Ebenso gab es eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe.

Great location , nice renovated apartment , but kitchen area very outdated s and dirty . Old cupboard’s , constantly blocked sink and cockroaches . Cleaning staff do as little as possible . Such a shame for a nice apartment block . We asked to be changed to a cleaner more modern apartment for our second week but were told this would cost €450.00 😂😂😂 . We would recommend for the location , near the beach restaurant’s and shopping , but make sure you see your apartment before you accept it .

Lägenheten var en besvikelse. Slitet och med mögelfläckar i köksdelen, slitna köksbänkar som var fuktskadade. Skåpen där porslinet förvarades var väldigt slitet. Kontakter hängde lösa i badrum och på balkong. Sängarna saknade bäddmadrass. Rostigt badkar. Däremot nya möbler på balkongen som även hade härlig utsikt och kvällssol. Poolområdet var också väldigt fint med nya solsängar. Läget var perfekt med endast 200m till strandpromenaden. I beskrivningen för Roca Verde stor det att hotellet totalrenoverats 2021 vilket inte stämmer. Nya garderober och TVbänk är det enda nya.

Rent, enkelt- men bra läge. Dåligt med endast 2 st nycklar till hotellet när vi var ett helt kompisgäng. Men hotellet funkade bra. Tråkigt poolområde dock!

Great location and staff - but needs some TLC.
We had a great welcome from Chris And she was helpful and friendly all the time. She talked to guest's at the pool regularly. She responded to requests quickly. The apartments are in a grest location. The bar advertised was closed. Apparently the apartments had not long been taken over. And they were in need of some TLC in the kitchens and bathrooms. The living room and bedrooms were fine. The beds were comfortable. Great views from balcony. The water unit for the room was too small to wash my hair and shower- ended up with cold showers. My friends water unit flooded and they were moved quickly to an adjacent room by Chris. The pools were both freezing cold so not very useable though we braved it a couple of times. The lifeguatd was very helpful and kept the area clean and tidy. We cannot emphasis enough how lovely all the staff were. Plus the cleaning service was very good. But the building needs some TLC including the wood on the balconies which is rough and splintery.

Sehr schönes modernes "New Age" Hotel, Personal äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant war allerdings ein Reinfall, Küche experimentierfreudig und altbekannte Gerichte, für die Ö und Wien weltbekannt sind wie Tafelspitz, waren nicht wiederzuerkennen. Das hat den Wien Aufenthalt getrübt.

El hotel necesita una renovación urgente. También es cierto que tuvimos mala suerte y rompió una tubería en el cuarto de baño superior que inundó el nuestro, y como el hotel estaba completo, pues hicieron lo que pudieron. Aparte de eso. El wifi no funciona bien, la tv se queda bloqueada. Las puestas para el balón con los rodamientos destrozados imposible abrirlas, muchos inconvenientes. Pero mirarlo por el lado positivo, estas bien ubicado y la playa a un paso, al final hechas el día fuera viendo cosas solo vas a cambiarte y descansar. Lo mejor del hotel sin duda su personal. Un encanto de personas. Muchas gracias Cris por las recomendaciones de comida, itinerarios y consejos para movernos por la isla. Y gracias a Santiago, persona encantadora que nos resolvió dudas antes de irnos. Estáis invitados los dos a galicia cuando queráis

Many options to buy food, clothes and everything you need very close to Roca Verde aparthotel, the beach has many options with umbrellas, without umbrellas and restaurants around. During this time that I was here, I had no problems with parking, I always found a parking lot near or around the aparthotel. This property is not new or It is not luxurious but it is a place near the beach, and with everything around, what more can I ask for 🙏

Two days after checkin, I was informed that there were problems with the rooms and that they would relocate me to another hotel. Of course, I had to accept it because there were no other hotels available in the same price range. however the hotel we were relocated to was much smaller than the hotel we booked. the pool was very small and in the one we booked there were 3. it was not a happy change as it did affect our vacation, unfortunately.
