Olin yksin majoittumassa Axel Beach hotellissa. Heti tullessani minut otettiin hyvin vastaan ja toivotettiin sydämmellisesti tervetulleeksi. Kerrottiin hotellin palveluista ja missä on mitäkin. Annettiin neuvoa minun matkalaukkuni kanssa joka oli mennyt rikki. Henkilökunta oli aina erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Siisteys oli todella hyvää ja joka päivä kävi siivooja. Huoneisto oli iso ja nautin olostani joka päivä. Allasalue oli siisti jossa monta kaksi allasta ja sauna. Huoneistossa ainut miinus oli henkareiden vähyys ja oven jäykkyys. Ovi piti erikseen pamauttaa jotta meni kiinni. Iso plussa myös huoneiston sijainnille. Erittäin lähellä kaikkea ja helppo kulkea paikasta toiseen. Erityiskiitoksen haluan lähettää Mari Carmen. Hän oli super ihana ja avulias joka päivä. Aijon varata seuraavan loman jos tulen Ingelesiin kyseiseen hotelliin. Kiitos!

Hotel in good location
Excellent location, friendly staff, beautiful pool and garden area and great WiFi. The rooms are dated and nothing to do with other Axel hotels around the world. The breakfast was expensive, first you pay 12.5€ for buffet and then fried eggs is 2.5€ extra and freshly squeezed orange juice 2.5€ extra as well. It adds up 2-3 more as you can get elsewhere the same or better. BBQ quality should improve a lot! Overall still good stay but pricy considering what you get.

Sijainti on hyvä. Iso puute oli, että saunan ja jacuzzin yhteydessä oli vain kylmän veden suihku. Seurauksena oli, että vain 1 kymmenestä kävi suihkussa (todella kylmä vesi) ennen jacuzziin ja saunaan mennessä. Hygienian kannalta erittäin huono asia. Olisi saatava heti myös suihku, josta tulee lämmintä vettä.

We had a short visit to Playa del ingles, and this Hotel was the cheapest. Hotel was absolutely fine, but not ideal for us.

Nice Gay Hotel Full of Atmosphere!
The hotel was good, the staff was very friendly. At first, the hotel entrance was hard to find due new arrangements and construction work. We had to walk all around the building area (and that's a long walk!) in order to get inside. Our toilet seat was making noise and did not get fixed until second time we mentioned about it. Other than that, we were very happy with everything and would recommend to others too!

Positiivinen yllätys
AlexBeach oli todella positiivinen yllätys. Vaikka rakennus tai huoneet eivät olekaan erityisen hienoja, hotellissa on ihana rauhallinen ja ekslusiivinen tunnelma. Huoneessa oli erillinen makuuhuone, ja uima-altaan puolella olevan huoneen parvekkeelta avautuu näkymä uima-altaalle ja puutarhaan, josta kuuluu tunnelmaan sopivaa musiikkia koko päivän. Uima-altaalla oli hyvin tilaa, ja puutarhassa oli lepopaikkoja. Hotellin edessä on rauhallinen sivukatu, ja alueelle pääsee vain vastaanoton kautta, joten hotelli on erityisen rauhallinen. Aamiainen oli ok, ja Yumbo on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Parasta hotellissa oli kuitenkin ilmapiiri, joka oli aivan eri tasoa kuin muissa Inglesin hotelleissa, joissa olen ollut. Laadukkaampiakin hotelleja varmasti löytyy, mutta erityisesti omalle asiakaskunnalleen tämä hotelli on todella hyvä.

Hotellin sijainti erinomainen, vuoteet huippuhyvät, rauhallista, henkilökunta aivan huippua, kaikki .Hotellin sisäänkäynti kyllä tekee kulkemisen hankalammaksi, kuin mitä se oli ennen, koska joka suuntaan joutuu kiertämään takakautta!Huoneista oli entisestään vähennetty kaappeja, ja se oli huono asia, koska kahden viikon matkalla tavarat ovat hujan hajan pitkin tuoleja ja pöytiä ja eläminen ei ole mukavaa.Hotellin gay-henki tuli turhan paljon esiin jokapaikassa, jos kerran on tarkoitus markinoida kaikille ihmisille!!!!

Pieni huoneisto, jossa juuri parisängyn kokoinen makuuhuone ja hieman tilavampi yhdistetty olohuone ja keittiö. Tuulettimet katossa molemmissa huoneissa, sekä ilmastointilaite olohuoneessa. Mukavan kokoinen parveke. Ylimmästä neljännestä kerroksesta hienot näköalat. Kadunpuoleisissa huoneistoissa parvekkeelle sietämätön liikenteen ääni. Ikkunoiden ollessa kiinni, ääni ei häirinnyt unia. Keittiössä peruskamat aamiaisen ja kevyen kokkauksen tekoon. Uima-allasalue aurinkotuoleineen varsin mukava. Aamiainen kohtalainen. Baarin hinnat korkeammat kuin muualla. Ei kannata varata, jollei juuri halua asua muiden homojen kanssa samassa hotellissa. Seuraa kyllä löytyy lähistön baareista ja dyyneiltä :-)

The apartments are very nice, clean and well maintained. Excellent powerful shower and constant warm water. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. My only issue was the noise of the traffic outside which made sitting on the balcony not great (I knew I had booked this side of the building due to the cheaper price but was not expecting the traffic noise to be as bad as it was).

Midrange hotel but looking dated. Property and room need a little love. For example in room 124 the paint was peeling off of the bathroom ceiling and the towel hanger was unusable and hanging off the wall. The rooms are basic and functional with a 90’s/2000’s vibe. Location is excellent and the staff were nice for the brief interactions I had with them.

My first time staying at an Axel hotel, and I had a great week. It was a good sized apartment, including air conditioning, dining and seating space. The bathroom had a powerful shower and hairdryer, and an iron was available on request. The pool and jacuzzi were great and all the staff were very welcoming (reception, bar staff and cleaners), and the other guests were friendly without being full on. There was a supermarket nearby, and a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, with the Yumbo also very close. My only downside is I found the bed mattress to be too hard, so the option of a softer mattress topper would be helpful. But I’d definitely stay again.

Centrally located with spacious apartment-style accommodations, great pool and friendly helpful staff. Alvaro, Kevin, Daniel, Dayana and Carmen were all wonderful. I particularly enjoyed breakfast by the pool every morning and the view from the balcony.

Easy and convenient stay close to Yumbo Centrum, with many choices nearby for shopping and dining. Staff and service was excellent, especially Alfonso and Kevin. Pool parties on Saturdays and Wednesdays were so fun with DJ Lucky and the Balinese beds are worth reserving with either a drink or food package. Great atmosphere and location!

This was our first stay in an Adel hotel. We had high expectations but were disappointed with the quality of the room fit out. It was very functional bordering on uncomfortable. Clearly designed to be hosed down after each guest. Hopefully other Axel hotels have more comfortable rooms.

Nice hôtel, the personnel was very abordable. The appartement was clean but not at all. All was Near the hotel : shopping center, restaurants and access.
