”Our stay was lovely. It was a short drive to the lake and to paddle boarding. There were nice paths for walking our dog, and our teens enjoyed the wifi and the board games. ”

”Beautiful condo that is well-maintained and equipped with lots of extras in the kitchen. Porch faces to the west, so it's great for watching the sunset. Very close to the grocery store. We were there in July for hiking in RMNP and Arapaho Natl Forest - about a 30 min drive to RMNP which we didn't mind since it's a beautiful drive with the lakes.”

”Nice condo! Perfect for what we needed for our 5 night stay. It was in close proximity to activities we planned to do and had everything we needed. It was a little tricky to find as our map program led us astray. No information binder in the condo, but owner was prompt in communicating the information we needed.”

”We liked the; comfy bed, stocked kitchen, cable TV on both TV's, quiet, parking right outside the door, several restaurants and stores within 5 miles. We didn't like the extremely bright bedroom after sunrise. The only issue with cleanliness was the spiderweb in some corners, and above the living room TV.”

”The unit was thoughtfully appointed and had essentials, such as dish soap, laundry soap, and coffee, provided for our two night stay. These small touches made our stay smooth and effortless. Beds were super comfortable and the location could not be beat! Although there were only three of us there's plenty of room for more. ”

”We loved our stay here. It was the perfect location to enjoy a ton of summer activities. Our family enjoyed RMNP, rafting, kayaking, fishing, and hiking the local tails. There was some driving involved but it was low traffic and the scenery was great. We even saw a bear when driving around Grandby Lake! The condo was very clean and had a welcoming feeling. The pull out couch was also a huge perk for our family since 5 people is usually a harder number to accommodate. The kitchen was also set up...
