”Out of five catamarans only two were in sailing condition. The pool table sags in the center. The air hockey table doesn’t work. There was no ball for fuss ball table. Despite being an all-inclusive resort, tip jars were everywhere. We were unable to get reservations at any à la carte restaurant all week; this is done via app. The buildings need cleaning and renovations. The beach is superb. ”Very dated. Could use a makeover. Staff was great. Food was good. Amenities were decent. ”

”I really wish it was a better experience. The rooms were not up to par. We had to switch rooms 2 times because of issues. First room the shower didn’t work. Second room the ac was broken. Third room didn’t even lock properly or have a working bathtub but we decided twice was enough and we would just take our chances. The front desk totally screwed up my reservation and charged me twice. I still have not been refunded but hopefully will in the near future. Otherwise Harold’s wonderful smile kept...
