”The bed is not comfortable”

”Overall pretty disappointed in our experience. I completely understand that the weather is not typical and that certain amenities can not happen because of that. However, in my experience, management did not appropriately staff the property and therefore many of the experiences were not great. The pool was not accessible because there was a capacity of 25 swimmers the first night and then the following day it was closed completely due to “unexpected circumstances” and the rest of the amenities...

”We really enjoyed the unique decor with stuffed mounted animals and birds above the lobby in alcoves. It was great to have an elevator to the second floor. The custom wood branch construction of chairs and bed frames and cupboards was outstanding.. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains. All the amenities were convenient. A quick drive into town or up the highway into the western side of Rocky Mountain National Park made the hotel perfectly located. There was no onsite breakfast late...

”Nice and polite staff. Hot tub and view was excellent.”

”No front desk. Had trouble unlocking the door upon arrival. Some maintenance folks happened to be there and helped out. Basically, it is not that the code based locks don't work. There wasn't instructions for how to use the quirky thing. It is a barebone facility. Worked for two nights.”

”Arrived late due to traveling. Keys on counter waiting for us. No contact with any staff. TV did not work in room and no trash can anywhere. Working mini fridge. It's a dated property but great location. Hot Tub may have worked but didn't open until afternoon, never got to use. Unimpressed, won't stay again.”

”The staff was very friendly. We loved our cabin, and wish there was more snow to take advantage of all the amenities. We were able to hike right outside the property and also did hot springs and tubing. We will definitely be back to this hidden gem in summer!”

”I booked this trip with zero knowledge of the area. Gravity Haus was amazing. The entire staff makes you feel like an old friend. The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. I would 1000% recommend. I will definitely be back many times.”

”The property layout was perfect. Nice deck was a bonus. Spacious and clean. Things were a bit dated and could use updating but everything worked. The message you a number to see what you needed to do was kind of awards but it worked. Great location and nice view!”
