”Perfect location for a young family with little ones. Right on the lake and couple hundred feet to beach/boat rental , icecream, park, great food/drinks. It’s not brand new and could use a little updating but it was cozy and great bang for the buck. ”

”Trip of a lifetime for our family. We had the best time on the property viewing the immense wildlife that visited daily: moose, chipmunks, eagles, ducks, deer, geese, and all types of hummingbirds. The location was perfect especially the proximity to RMNP and Grand Lake Village.This trip could not have been half of what it was without the wonderful hosts, Kami and Tim. Their knowledge of the area and spectacular hospitality made our trip one we will never forget! Can’t wait to come back!”
