”This home is perfectly situated close to many activities! It has a beautiful Mountain View but still easily accessible. It’s close to a market with most everything you need, a cute shopping area, lakes, skiing… we even stopped at a local hot spring for a day! Highly recommend this house!”

”We wanted to stay somewhere in the mountains to enjoy a vacation with our family. We have 4 kids, 12 years old down to a 1 year old. We had never heard of Grand Lake or this particular area but booked this home based on the photos and description. Everything was SPECTACULAR. From the breathtaking views to the comfort and cleanliness, we couldn't have asked for a more luxurious and relaxing home away from home. Would wholeheartedly recommend. ”This was probably the best location for our yearly family trip. Close to Grand Lake yet it felt secluded. Fire pit area was a big hit with cooking and guitar playing. The house is tidy with plenty of space. Kitchen is open and allows for many chefs to spoil the soup. If we decide to go back to this part of Colorado, we will stay here again. Katie was very responsive and check-in was a breeze.”

”House was a perfect starting point for our group. Although there wasn’t enough snow to ride to the trails it was quick and easy to trailer. The house is absolutely stunning and well cared for. Well stocked kitchen and top of the line appliances kept us in each night cooking for the group. I was quite pleased to see the community has a zero tolerance for noise or any other obnoxious behavior listed right on the rules of the house. Nothing worse than loud neighbors. Would love to return one...
