”The hotel is located very near Malioboro street and the train station. The staff was extremely helpful and even helped us organize an excursion ex-tempore which turned out to be the best guide we had all trip. The food at the hotel is good an reasonably priced, the spa was good as well and the pool area way underutilized so we got to enjoy it pretty much by ourselves. A definite plus was that instead of having small plastic bottles in the rooms they had water purifiers on the corridors which...

”Excellent room and services and excellent staff. Reception staff Tamara was very accommodative of our needs and she even arrange a car with driver for us for a 12 hour trip starting early morning. The staff at the restaurant and the roof top bar were excellent too and provided us our choice of food that were not in the menu. I highly recommend this hotel.”

The room smells, the windows don't open so there is no ventilation, wi-fi is slow and useless, and the sheets and towels are dirty.”
