Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The property was under construction during my visit, and many of the advertised amenities were unavailable. Additionally, the room walls were extremely thin, making it easy to hear conversations from neighboring rooms. I understand renovations are sometimes necessary, but guests should be informed in advance and accommodations should be made to minimize the inconvenience.”

I am having to dispute this with my card company. They charged me for 11 days !!! The hotel was no help with this. Also, when I checked in it took 3 trips to the desk to finally be able to get in my room. They have a restaurant attached where you can get coffee and etc at a price. ”I showed up early and asked for an early check-in. The staff promised me a phone call as soon as available, and she absolutely called me right on the button, just as promised.
I've never used a hotel shuttle before, but on this trip I required it many times. The front line staff was always helpful (even when I was calling from the airport) and the driver's were great.

The breakfast was ok but we missed some cheese. It was a bit difficult with the shuttle bus, because it did not leave at specific times, but you had to call the hotel. I called twice and waited a long time before they answered. Then they could not tell how long we had to wait. Anything up to some hours. When we finally got the bus after one hour everything worked well. According to the price we were quite happy with the hotel, but next time we probably choose a hotel...

”The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. I booked a room that had a separate area for the bed, but didn't receive it. We were only staying one night, so we decided to make it work. Went to pull out the sofa bed and it was missing the mattress. Had to transfer to a different room that did have one. That sofa bed had crumbs and things under the mattress and the mattress was stained. Overall fine for the 1 night stay though.”

”I chose this hotel because it is close to the airport and supposedly provides transportation to and from the airport. Transportation from the airport was not provided. Despite four phone calls to hotel staff I could not coordinate a shuttle ride. After waiting for an hour, I ended up having to take a cab which charged me $50 for a three minute ride. No one at the hotel was much interested in my negative experience. The room was large but sparsely furnished. There was one window that was blocked...
