”Really pleasant stay ”

”The property was adequate for an unexpected visit. Room was clean, bathroom functional, drinks facilities and fridge were welcome as were the towels. However, the room door was tricky to close securely and the pool/gym area was under repair which limited access. When staff were encountered they were friendly and helpful but there wasn't an abundance of available staff. Overall, an easy to use hotel - fair value for the price.”

”This hotel turned out to be quite deceiving. From the outside it looked grand when you walk up to it, but in reality it was tired with a 70s/80s building on the side which is where we stayed. Branded as a spa hotel, the spa side was tiny, old and very dated. The pool was very small, the jacuzzi wasnt working and empty. The sauna was tiny, with a door that was hanging off the hinges and had scraped the floor. In the changing room, very few of the lockers worked. The room we had was very small...

”Loved our stay here! Cosy cabin, was clean with only slight signs of wear. Lovely open remote space to sit out in the morning, onsite restaurant and bar was lovely with quirky decorations. 100% will be our go to when travelling from now on!”

”Most impressed by: The Staff, they were lovely. Breakfast was delicious. Entertainment, Colin Mills was outstanding. The bedroom was bright, airy, clean and nicely laundered. Not so good: Lift didn't go to top floor where we stayed so we had lots to carry, which was quite difficult for our party. Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. ”

”Great hotel, they concentrate on what’s important, the room. It’s large, comfortable and clean. Only minor issue is the TV is old and has only the basic channels but hey if you are watching TV for any long period then you should probably stay at home rather than visit gorgeous Stratford.”

”Breakfast was very good as was the service, but the coffee tea and milk in room was very poor as we had only two coffee four tea and three milk there was no decaff tea or coffee which is the only ones I can have due to having P C but noticed that they had Decaff coffee on offer at breakfast. ”

”Our room was mostly clean. We had to move the sofa bed and there was a lot of mess under there. Air conditioning worked well. Staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of staff available to help with queries. Breakfast is very good, plenty of choice. The hotel is ideally situated between Warwick and Stratford. The beds weren’t very comfortable though.
