”Very new hotel, opened in April 2018, so clean and modern facilities. The hotel does not have an own restaurant. There are nearby some restaurants, but if you need to have dinner after 10 pm, the menu is limited. ”

”Clean, nice hotel. No issues. The parking lot did fill up quickly. Don't stay out past 10 or you'll have to park far and walk all the way around the building since the side doors lock, can't swipe keycards to get in. ”

”Staff were nice. The breakfast was good. Hotel had a lot of maintenance issues. I had to move rooms due to the heater not working and the next room had toilet issues. Maintenance came up twice. Hot tub was down for a few days. One day it seemed like the entire place smelled like sewage ”

”I have stayed at this Sleep inn in the past and have had no issues. This past Friday, I check in for a one night stay for the Milwaukee St Patrick's day parade. In the morning I went to take a shower and had NO hot water. Ice cold water even after leaving it running for several minutes. None from sink tap either. I ended up leaving shortly after and when I tried to let someone know at the front desk, there was no one there but a phone with # to reach staff which no one answered. It showed that...

”We chose this hotel because it had 24 hour shuttle service. When we arrived back at 1:00am and called they said the driver went home for the night. We did leave them our return flight information when we left, but they obviously didn’t check it. They eventually sent us an uber after I insisted. We were the last people left at the airport! This is disappointing because we just got done saying it was the most comfortable bed, for a park sleep and fly”

”The elevator was not working during my 5 night stay. I asked for my room to be cleaned after my 3rd night and nobody showed up. I asked again and no one came to clean my room. All I wanted was clean towels and for them to empty trash. The power went out during my stay and was surprised you didn’t have a back up generator for security reasons…..it was pitch dark in the room and glad I found my phone to find my way around the room. ”Driving up to the hotel, the exterior looks nice. Some potholes on the driveway in. Walking in, I smelled weed on the exterior. The lobby was nice. Once in the room, the room had a distinct smell, but we got over it. The furniture was uncomfortable and the remodel job was pretty sub par. The bathrooms were the worst part. Whoever did it slapped some slabs of what looked like kitchen countertops over the walls and did a bad caulking job. The shower curtain they hung was on the verge of falling...
