”I flew into Milwaukee on a delayed flight and arrived at the hotel at 1:30 AM. I was told by the shuttle driver and then the front desk clerk that there were no rooms available. I gave her my reservation and she stated it was in her system. She then stated that the hotel allows bookings that exceed their room availabilities. She was trying to find another property that could take me in. There were none in the area. She asked me to find one on my own. I found a Holiday Inn 20 miles away. I...

”The staff was great! There was an issue with the key maker and the staff went above and beyond to ensure the guest were knowledgeable of the situation and very accommodating.”

”The place was ok but the breakfast was very disappointing. The selection was extremely limited, with very few options available, and the same items were served every day.”

”Very new hotel, opened in April 2018, so clean and modern facilities. The hotel does not have an own restaurant. There are nearby some restaurants, but if you need to have dinner after 10 pm, the menu is limited. ”

”Clean, comfortable, and in a great location”

”This Super 8 motel isn't fancy, but it is safe & super easy to get to if you just need a place to crash once your plane lands. Heck, you could walk there faster than getting an Uber or the free shuttle! Milwaukee is one of the easiest cities in American to get around and the MKE airport is simple – smooth as Wisconsin cheese!”

”The elevator had a shaking that was a little worrisome. The printer in the business center wasn’t working, but the staff was very helpful. My kids liked the pool I slept well.”

The elevator was ridiculously slow, the elevator tile was soiled, cracked, and unmopped in days. The carpet on the 3rd floor outside of the elevator was HEAVILY soiled, bleach stained, deteriorated, and the pair of underwear and shorts laying on the ground just outside of the elevator doors for AT LEAST two days was appalling. ”Room was clean but had a funny smell. Had some disturbances throughout the night. Unfortunate that the pool doesn’t open until 9am. The room thermostat wasn’t adjustable but stayed okay throughout the night. Staff was very friendly but probably wouldn’t go back.”

”Everything was so nice and clean no complaints. The only thing there is no breakfast.”

”Nice looking property! Beautiful various lobby areas, nice pool and enjoyed the hot breakfast. Room was updated and spacious :) I would definitely come back. Close location to Summerfest without being in the thick of downtown. Each staff member I met was also gracious and kind. Oooh and great array of snacks and ice cream!”
