”My room was a big as an Apartment! The Breakfast cook Jose is great, glad to call him friend! Staff keep you happy and smiling . I’m gonna miss this place when I go home. Thank you, Joe, Jaden, Janice - and Melissa for making it such a great time. Convenient bar/restaurant downstairs with great host! Five Stars All Day… A Must stay in Kankakee! ”

”This was a handicap room. My 93 year old mother could barely get around in the room with her walker. A wheelchair would never be able to fit in this room. I could not see the numbers on the door while looking for our room. The force of water in the shower was very light. There was no butter for toast or waffles in the morning. The coffee was cold. I had to take it back to the room and heat in the microwave. ”

”The staff was wonderful. My daughter forgot something at the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to assist us to get it back. I was very impressed. The rooms were nice and the overall hotel was decent. Enjoyed our stay. ”

”The staff we have encountered is so beyond sweet and they always go above and beyond to provide everything needed for a comfy stay! The parking is no issue, the area is safe, there is plenty of places for food and lots of places open late for last minute items. The pool is maintained and always warm and clean and thats something we love when we visit. Great wifi too with spacious rooms at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!”

”On the first night there my sheets had a couple stains on them and there were a couple of red hairs in my bed which caused me to just sleep on top of the covers. Some of the ceiling tiles were out of place above the shower. I ended up fixing the ceiling tiles to the point where they were put back into place. The second night I was there they actually swapped the bed sheets out.”

”I’ve had exemplary experiences with Marcia, Lupe, William, Kya and Erica. If there’s a need or a problem it is rectified efficiently and expeditiously!! I would definitely recommend the stay on the outside of Spring Break weeks. 👍 As well, had a chance to spend the weekend with Shaunee. Very pleasant and kind. Tried her best to be attentive and patient! Kudos!!”

”My family and I checked in around 6pm and left around 8:45pm. There were stains on the covers, carpet, and chairs; furniture was not cleaned (I.e., the eating table); a chair was broken; and there were a swarm of ants after dropping a fry on the carpet. We thought we could stay until check out the next day, but decided to leave. The staff were friendly and accommodating. ”

”The front desk guy that’s there all the time is such a great person he made sure our check in and out went perfectly smooth and he was very polite the entire week we were there! He didn’t let us being sheriffs on vacation be known and I appreciate that! I been to hotels before and it was nothing like this one it was clean peaceful and relaxing! Thanks guys!!”
