”Staff is SO kind and helpful. James was on premises when we checked in late, he helped us with everything and let us know about the amenities in the area as well. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We stayed in the “guest house” and it was incredibly comfortable and clean. Had easy access to a full kitchen, a nice hot shower, and washer/dryer. We loved talking to the other guests, I really can’t recommend this spot enough. We will 100% be coming back if in the area. ”

”We stayed in the annex. This would be great with a group of friends or family. No great for people that may have a problem with stairs. We had two floors and two kitchens. Lots of room to be together or room to be a lone. ”

There was, however a $50.00 pet deposit, preferably in cash, refundable upon check-out if no extra cleaning or pet damage noted. This was not mentioned in hotel's description. The facility was obviously undergoing rehab of old furniture and decorating with some completed and some not. ”We were initially put in a room that clearly smelled like smoke. My wife asked that we be moved to a different room. The first room they showed her smelled strongly like dog poop. The next room was fine, and we were grateful that the staff helped. The hallway smelled like smoke, which was not good. Our room wasn’t made up in the three days we stayed. Otherwise, it was walking distance to places to eat and conveniently close to our son’s apartment. All that said, you get what you pay for. It...
