”We were in town from Pittsburgh for my mother-in-law’s funeral.. First of all, check-in couldn’t have been better. It was fast, easy and I believe her name was Stacy? She was the sweetest. The pillows were so nice that I wanted to take one home and make it my own, but I resisted the temptation. The room was clean. The bed was a little firm for my liking but I’m sure a lot of guests would appreciate that. Now for my dislikes. The smoke alarm located on the ceiling above the bed went off at 6:50...

”For the price of the room I would not expect there to be mold in the shower tile cracks. The staff was very nice. The cleaning people only made one bed because of a pillow we forgot on the other bed which is ridiculous. I have never stayed in a Doubletree before and I was told it was the best there was and I will not stay in another one. The room was dark and dingy. The view was a air conditioning units.”

”Room 117 is next to exit door and every time somebody used the door it would slam shut and cause the wall (which the headboard was on) to shake. Bathroom was disgusting, was of hair in tub drain, floor needs cleaned. ”

”I requested a non-smoking room via Expedia, and I was assigned to a smoking room. I didn't have time to change this as I was on a tight scheduled with events/dinners etc. The entire room reeked with a horrible cigarette smell! All my clothes and CPAP machine are now totally smelly. Top latch/lock on the motel door was not secure so there was only one turning lock which did not feel safe.”
