”Beautiful location with great rooms, awesome friendly service and nice resort amenties like complementary cooked to order breakfast and kayak use. Only complaint is the room door stuck and needed some attention. Also, pool hours could have been longer. ”

”Noisey on the lower level, can hear guests stomping around above you. Hard beds and pillows. Good shower and nice balcony though. Pool was nice. Tiki bar is limited during the day. Didn't love that the rooftop bar and rhum house was closed Tuesday and Wednesday as the other restaurants in the area get very crowded. ”

”Such a rip-off price for a dirty room. We took our shoes away right as we enered the room. We could feel that the floor was not cleaned for some time with sand and dust on the floors. At shower there was no shower gel no shampoo nor conditioner. They ongly offer one soap bar and small body lotion. Location is next to highway so you can hear all the cars inside. Never again.”

”This place is clean. Staff was great. Close to the water but not really a beach you can get to. More like for tanning. The pool is saltwater and was nice and warm. A bar would have been a nice plus. I would stay again. ”

”We loved our stay here - quiet and convenient location - utilizing the bikes and kayaks. We saw a lot of manatee and are so thankful for our time here. Highly recommend!”

”Room was clean but room and furnishings were old, run down, and uncomfortable. Metal bed frame had rusted hardware, refrigerator didn’t work, tiny sink in bathroom had virtually no water pressure. Room was way too small for the price. Attractive view of coconut palms and Florida Bay from the room and nice sunset views. Overall needs a major remodel in my opinion. Air conditioning was noisy and because the room was so small, it was either too cold or off, which almost instantly made it too hot....

”The rooms are the only plus. They are clean. The breakfast consist of one kind of cereal and frozen breakfast sandwich you microwave. The property is really run down and the bar is not open when they report the hours ”
