”This was our 3rd stay at this perfect home. The location is ideal.The property has the most beautiful landscaping that gives it a very secluded feel. We enjoyed the pool everyday and the screened porch at night. We kayaked, took bike rides and just appreciated our surroundings. Phil and Linda are wonderful and caring hosts. They are always available if needed. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise. We look forward to returning next year!”

The kitchen has a lot of counter space for all our daily cooking Plenty of bathrooms to accommodate us all. Location was great for grocery store, things to do and taking the pontoon boat out. ”Everything about the condo and complex are lovely. My visit was the week after spring break ended and there were times when it felt as though we were the only ones in the building. I will say if you are going there to swim in the ocean, that is the only drawback to the property. The water was beautiful to look at but not to swim. However, after going to public beaches on Marathon and Key West, it seems that might just be par for the course.”

”Very clean, updated property in an excellent area. Cabana club was a bonus, very convenient with good food and not too crowded. Very near beach. Small complaints about property were not well stocked with linens and pillows were not plentiful. Alarm on patio doors was annoying but owners were very responsive to shut it off as we were all adults. Otherwise, great rental property.”

”Had a great two weeks. Property manager communication was on point. Unit was pet friendly, clean and well supplied to include drinks, snacks and condiments. Boat dockage was an easy in/out, had a bait freezer and plenty of parking for vehicles and trailer. Definitely recommend and look forward to staying next year with the new pool.”

”This home has the best location to sit back and relax or boat out to your favorite fishing spot. Great access to either the Atlantic, gulf or Sombrero beach. Definitely our favorite location to stay in Marathon!”
