”Enjoyed our stay right in the water front. If you take your boat, the boat launch that is not far from the house will not allow you to turn around to launch your boat. Owner of the house was super helpful and very sweet! She called to make sure we made it ok and called the day we left to thank us for staying. ”This home is what we expected. The guest house does not have beds for couples. The only downside in our stay was that I was told numerous times to read the folder, which we all did. The folder 1st said to put towels and sheets in the tub. The next point said wash and dry towels. Since we left before 7 it was impossible to wash and dry towels. (the owner told me it was in the VRBO directives). There would be a $10 charge since we did not wash and dry the towels, because that is what her cleaning...

”There was a mix up with rental being double booked. Instead of cabin we reserved 15 months earlier, we were housed in a house apparently used as part of venue operations. It certainly was not what we expected but we made the best of it! It was clean and bed was comfortable so we chose to overlook the minor hiccups. Most importantly it was a great eclipse viewing site and the actual eclipse experience was extraordinary! All staff members were very kind and welcoming.”

”AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST. My blankets were full of pubic hairs ( receptionist didn't even tried to be surprised when I told about pubic hairs in my bed). Floor was so squeaky that you hear people walking in upstairs very loudly. Lobby and 1st floor hallway was under construction and was full of black garbage bags covering floor and walls. In elevator and hallway there was really bad smell of weed. Worst experience I have ever had while sleeping budget hotels.”
