”Very friendly staff and beautiful property. Wonderful hot springs. We were in the Aurora building third floor with a balcony and gorgeous views. Conveniently located to walk to the hot springs.
One of our bedside lamps didn’t work and couldn’t get hot water in the shower our first night. Hot water was great the second night. Overall we definitely would be back.”

”The room was really nice and loved the area! My only issue was because we used Expedia the hotel said that they only help with check in but nothing else and I had to contact a different company with a phone number to get house cleaning or anything else. Unless there was a fire then they would assist us. Just felt like they are annoyed you are there without booking with the hotel themselves. The room was nice and the hot tub was perfect!”
