”Hotel has great space inside rooms. The hallway’s and elevator location could use some scrubbing. Unfortunately, this Marriott was one of the very few that does not offer coffee around the clock, which is something they should. ”The hôtel is a beautiful building in a lovely area of Exeter. The breakfast was very good compared to other hotels. Staff was ok. The room was far from tip top: plaster damaged by water not repaired on the ceiling, rusty heater, constant humming in the room, proximity of the other room where guests were yelling and slamming doors at midnight, slight bad odor in the room, etc. 3.5 star rating is not accurate at all. ”Large, comfortable room and a wide variety of options at breakfast (omelets, sausages, pancakes, yoghurt, fruit, etc). The room has a nice shower with good water pressure, though it took me a while to understand how to turn it on. The main room was a bit dim since there was no ceiling lights, and I closed the curtains as my room was right across the parking lot.”
