”The property is in a small village. Pub next door , but otherwise its a peaceful , quiet area. Wells next to sea is about a 5min drive away. My room was nice, it had a kettle, iron,Ironing board, bathroom was clean and shower hot. The beds were good and the room was clean. There is some parking on site. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also good. I really enjoyed my stay here.”

”Excellent village pub with great staff and atmosphere that matches its surroundings and in keeping with good old inn values. The chef provides a great variety of flavors and quality dishes all served hot and on hot plates. The stairs are somewhat challenging for the elderly and mobility impaired. I didn’t realize when booking that I could have requested a ground floor room. My bad - should have read the small print. Would definitely stay again if in the area.”

”A truly exceptional find this little gem of a pub hotel in a beautiful location in Norfolk. Stayed in a cabin and it was lovely, clean and well presented, the bed was very comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast options were very good we had the full breakfast which was excellent, the evening meal was delicious, the pies are out of this world. Can’t fault this pub and can’t recommend it enough. Will definitely stay there again. ”
