”Property is beat up!!!! Entrance is dimmly lit and hasn't been painted in years. Stairs to the third floor apartment are VERY steep and make it difficult to get even a small suitcase up there safely. Balcony has a nice chairs, cute cushions and a view but is rickety and has a really rough surface. It's in serious need of sanding and painting. The second set of stairs off the deck are also VERY steep. Bathroom has a low slanted ceiling and no mirror over the sink. There's one behind you...

”The location was great short drive to restaurants and shopping. The bed was very comfortable. The host replied in a timely fashion when contacted . The shower was good but there was only 2-bath towels and one hand towel no wash cloths. The unit was to have a/c and a washer and dryer I had to call the host to find out that he had to get a handyman to install the window unit in the bedroom that did the whole place . ”The property was very homey feeling and reasonably priced but for as many units there are, parking was insufficient. It’s definitely if you get a spot don’t go anywhere because you might not have a spot when you come back. Getting to the beach by vehicle and using gps took longer than getting back and that was surprising. Overall, loved the area. ”The location was awesome! Equidistant from old Portland, the main downtown area and the ports. Easy walk to them all. Place was great, only reason I put 3 stars for price is because it was a bit higher than normal due to the holiday weekend. Highly recommend this place”
