”Pros: Location, location, location. Front desk staff was very friendly and having onsite parking was helpful. Cons: We paid extra for a balcony and It rained so much that we never used It. That’s not the property’s fault but It felt like a waste of money so would just caution others. ”The amenities were excellent - the cold plunge, sauna and hot tubs were great after hiking all day! Well-situated, easy to park, easy to walk downtown, and the breakfast was lovely. Only downside was our room looked straight into the adjacent hotel’s parking garage, so constant light, and not great for opening the windows. Also, given the view, the room could’ve benefited from overhead lights on a switch. The bathroom was very cramped with the door, but the amenities were otherwise great!”

”Loved our stay”

”The hotel was nicely located within the town of Jasper. Room was clean and located in the semi-basement level (Level 1). There also was no air conditioning but the temperature during our stay did not require it. Don't forget that this is a pet-friendly hotel. There was a fair amount of barking heard when we arrived in our room but the staff promptly took care of it. The walls were quite thin and if the people in the adjacent room would shower or flush the toilet, it was easily heard in our room....

”Spacious room. Carpet in elevators is dated, but in the rooms looked up to date. We were there during construction, but it will be a great place once complete. The resort is in a perfect location and we would definitely stay here again!”

”The loft suite with 3 queen beds was perfect for us 3 adult women wanting to stay together. It was cozy but had all we needed. Beds were very comfortable. There is a window up high that isn't covered, so light does come in at night. The hotel restaurant had a great breakfast menu that we enjoyed!”

”The location was perfect to either walk into town or drive out of it to see other major points of interest. Was able to eat, shop, hike, bike etc without any trouble. Staff was very alert to the fact it was Canada Day and that there were things tourists needed to know so not to be inconvenienced and they were on top of it from the jump. Highly recommend”
