”Mostly enjoyed our stay. Room clean and suitable for short stay. No toiletries on first night just soap. Only 2 cups for 3 adults had to go to bar for an extra cup. No extension lead available so glad we took our own although not really long enough. Disappointed to find door not secured properly after cleaners had been in.”

”The room was clean, but the shower room could do with a deep clean. Yellow around plug area and taps on sink. Vents very dusty. The shower wasn't working. Door to reception said open from 7am but it didn't open till 8am house keeper came to look at the shower who also couldn't get it working so opened up an unoccupied room for me to use the shower Staff were fantastic. Ate in the restaurant Saturday night. Again staff were very accommodating and friendly. Food was fantastic”

”Good basic accommodation to rear of pub. Convenient for food and helpful access from parking along road to rear. Some basics missing for self catering breakfast even if only with a microwave and toaster - such as tea towel, washing up brush”

”Very comfortable bed, clean room We stayed for 2 nights. At check-in, we did not notice the sign in reception that you need to ask for a room refresh (before noon) We needed clean cups, glasses, tbags, but we asked in the pub on the second day and all were provided. The only downside is there isn’t really anywhere in the bathroom to dry towel on a two night stay, so maybe best to ask for refresh Excellent value for money”
