”Clean rooms in an updated older hotel. My only complaint was the lack of air conditioning, as it was unusually hot when we visited. There was a small fan provided, but it did little to cool the room. We felt unsafe leaving the window open because we were on the ground level and it would have been easy for anyone to climb right into our room. The water pressure in the shower was fabulous. Staff was very friendly.”

”Great location for park and ride into Bath. We stayed in the main building-this was a mistake. It was noisy-the annex (where we have stayed before) is much better. Our room had a great view of the race course but unfortunately was directly above the kitchen. Kitchen smells and noise drifted up and on one occasion very loud music from the kitchen. The room needed some tlc. Paintwork very shabby. The bathroom was very poky and not very clean. The toilet had nasty staining in the pan and the...

”I had a warm welcome and my case was taken up to my room. The room was large with king sized bed. All clean, dated, but that suited the age of hotel! There was a small table with kettle and a selection of tea, coffee etc. Large en-suite with large shower. Lots of choices on breakfast menu and cooked freshly. Parking was easy. Location was excellent. 5 minutes walk to Lacock Abbey. Lacock is a very small place but very interesting.”

”The room is best described as a hotel pod! Very tiny, best suited for solo travellers for sure! Not suitable for tall people lol as our room at least was only 6 feet wide and the bed was the full of it. The bathroom did not have a closing door so no privacy at all for someone using the bathroom. The glass sliding door does not fully close. The room was clean. Staff were friendly. The “exterior” picture provided is not the outside of the hotel, it is not even close. This hotel is next to a five...
