”It is up on a hill. The viewbover from the king waterview room is beautiful, 3 different windows to look out. The Innskeepers were wonderful!! We felt welcomed and comfortable staying there.”

”This B&B is absolutely worth visiting due to the breakfast. If you are tired of those standard hotel breakfasts visit this place and you'll be happy. Rooms are rather normal and the general spaces are full of "collector's" stuff, don't let that disturb you (ok the weightlifter statue might get the cr** out of you if you stay in the room next to that) .. breakfast is the thing why you come here (you'll get a 5* breakfast in this place). Staff is extremely nice (enjoyed discussing with them a lot)...

”We loved the old style Victorian home! Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. Due to the age of the house not every nook and cranny was spotless, but that is to be expected in my opinion. The owner was super friendly as well as his helper. She cooked and served delicious comfort breakfast. We will be back! ”

”The property was absolutely gorgeous. Every room in the house is beautiful. I stayed in the Ryerson Suite and it was spacious, and lovely. There was a cozy porch and sitting area with a tv that I sadly didn't have much time to spend in though it had a beautiful view of the grounds. The view from my room allowed for a peek at Lake Superior and a gorgeous sunrise view. I would love to stay there again on my next Duluth visit. ”

”Location costs, but the so called historic wing is just old and seen it’s best with paint coming off from door frames. No noise cancellation from the corridor. Bed was nice and comfortable. Check in was not a pleasant experience, no smiles or warmth and definitely not listening/ receiving mode from the guest. May be just East coast style.”
