”The place was great. Plenty of space for two families to stay. Lots of rooms for kids to have fun downstairs. Only issue is it’s a stretch to call this ski on and off. If there is snow, the trail to walk to the lifts isn’t cleared. Not a big issue and we had loads of fun. ”

”Knotty Pine Cottage is the perfect escape from the city. The house is wonderful & the hosts have all the amenities you need for your stay. The views from the deck and 2nd floor of the home are spectacular. You can spend time on the pond kayaking, canoeing or dangling your feet in the water while sitting on the sturdy dock. You can also take advantage of the pretty landscape by sitting at the picnic table or at the adorable seating area with firepit the hosts have created. The appeal of the house...

”My family had a great stay at this cottage and would book again. We had difficulty with the key code lock and Wally was immediately responsive and sorted it out. Great host!”

”My husband and I stayed for our wedding anniversary. It’s convenient location and only 10 minutes from downtown Gorham, however it’s secluded and extremely private. The fire pit along with the sound of the river was the perfect mixture. It’s exactly what we needed as a little getaway!”

”The property owners were terrible with communication. We tried to call before leaving but website said calls not allowed and we assumed that owners would b there or some instructions as it clearly said that there was contactless check in available! We had so much food and 6 kids who were traumatized as it’s in the woody area and said bears and moose area! My older son got sick as we drove for so long to get to this place! Got hotel last minute which was an hour away… Terrible terrible experience...
