”For the price, this was a nice stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was very nice and there is plenty of lighted parking. If I go up to the Cherokee area again, I wouldn't hesitate to book another stays at Sleep Inn in Bryson City.”

”We had a wonderful and relaxing time here. This b&b is tucked away from the hustle of town while still being conveniently located. The grounds are lovely to walk around, and we enjoyed seeing the various animals that live nearby. Toni is a wonderful host to the guests and really made all the difference in our stay. The breakfasts were hearty and delicious. We never left hungry and you could really tell that everything was very fresh. Another visitor was vegan and was accommodated, which I felt...

”Staff was not very friendly. Maybe because they were on smoke break right outside the main doors when we arrived and we interrupted their smoking. The next staff member was abrupt when I asked for conditioner for my hair. I was informed they didn’t provide that except during their busy season. The bed was only a little better than laying on bricks. I’ve never slept on a harder mattress in my life! No fridge or microwave in the room. This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed that didn’t provide...

”Amazing stay! We were greeted like family. Our room in the lodge had all the comforts of home. I would highly recommend a stay here even if it were only for the view - which is breathtaking!”

”We had pool view and of course the pools closed this time of year. We went there strictly to ride motorcycles. Rooms were clean. Lady at the front desk was very nice. You let us check in early so we can unload all our bags that were on the motorcycles. But there is a beautiful river right behind it and they have a nice big fire pit that's covered. If it happens to be a little bit of inclimate weather. We didn't take advantage of that. Like I said we were there strictly for riding.”

”We love a place with character, charm, and hospitality. Lloyd’s did not disappoint. The property is right on the river and we enjoyed winding down and relaxing on the porch and at the fire pit area. The room was cozy and rustic with the feel of an “old timey” cabin. We were there in February and the water took a very long time to get hot but it did eventually get to bathing temperature. Check in was smooth and Elizabeth is very knowledgeable and available on the property. Location is convenient...

”Hotel was convenient to the casino. Room doesn’t have a comforter on the bed, so was pretty cold sleeping. Also, the breakfast doesn’t offer anything hot except for waffles. Totally fine, just writing this review to give others the right expectation.”

”Near entrance to Great Smokey Mountain park and the Blue Ridgr Pkwy. I stayed in a non-smoking pet restricted area. For a person who does not like animals, especially in a room where I am sleeping.This is highly important to me... the area was quiet and within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops... Clean room no lint in the corners, clean bathroom...older building... Reasonable price...friendly and informative staff.”

”This is not as pictured. The property is very dated and very rough. Pillows and beds were not comfortable and didn’t feel clean. The whole property is in bad need of a renovation. Bathroom is too small and shower head had mildew on it. ”
