”This motel is in a great location for walking around Bryson City. The staff that we interacted with were kind and helpful. Our room was good with enough space to move around and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was relatively updated but kind of small and I can't imagine a larger person being able to get into the shower. And there was no way to just have the light on without the noisy fan. All in all though it was a good affordable place to stay while we explored the area.”

”The staff were very friendly and accommodating! Clean room and comfortable bed! The only cons, that were noticed, was the sink in our bathroom was very slow to drain and the bathroom door did not remain closed. Would definitely stay here again if we visit this area.”

”Close to restaurants and shopping. Great Smokey Mountain Railroad Train Depot about a 2 minute drive from their parking lot. The staff is AMAZING! They give you options for your breakfast and serve it exactly the way you want it. The homemade blueberry bread is delicious. You will get a tour of the grounds as soon as you arrive. The rooms are very clean. The whole place is very charming. I highly recommend. ”

”The only good thing about it was the convenience of the distance to the railway. The room was much smaller than what was shown on-line. The paint on the walls in the room were chipped. The area around the bathtub lever was dirty. The floor was tile and not carpet, so it was cold. The matress was too hard. There were no amenities!!!”

”This hotel is going through renovations and the walls are incredibly thin. The hotel rooms are old and outdated. The front desk staff - in particular Laura charged my card a damage fee because she said the tv was too loud while we were gone to the casino and it cause both rooms next to us to leave the hotel. She lied. She is a racist. On my form to sign for the room she asked my nationality. I asked her what was that about ? Her reply was I was just being funny. I should have left then. We have...

”It was nice to have a laundry room since we've been traveling a while. The locations is excellent and the owners are good people. However, some of the room conditions could be improved during off season. Examples from our room include a desk chair that would flip you over; and a toilet that rocked with a seat that looked burnt under the lid. Just minor stuff. Overall, it was a quite, nice place to stay. We've stayed here several times now and each time has been comfortable.”
