”clean room”

”We love everything about it! Especially the receptionist Jennie . Shes the best!”

”The room was adequate”

”Everything was perfect.”

”Great hotel.”

”Our stay was for two nights. The room was clean and fresh. The staff at the desk was courteous and very helpful as we checked in. The cleaning staff was prompt and did an excellent job. The breakfast room was well supplied with many options. The only problem was that there was no elevator to the second floor and my wife who has knee problems had to climb up and down the stairs.”

”Very nice people. Pool was good. Room was clean and breakfast was great.”

”Good stay for the price.”

”Everything at this motel was good.”

”We stayed one night at Two Rivers Lodge while exploring the Smokies, and it was very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. It's a simple, no-frills place, which is exactly what we like. The highlight was the covered seating area right by the river, a great spot to relax at the end of the day. It was too warm for a fire while we were there, but I can picture it being perfect on a cool night. We'd happily stay again.”

”I'm happy they are pet friendly however it appears that they never clean under the beds. I retrieved my dog's toy from underneath the beds and hair, dust, paper particles previous guests come out with the toy. Bugs crawling over the TV screen and dead bugs in the wardrobe closet were a bit concerning. The elevator not functioning was a problem and apparently if I would of checked out recently written reviews I would of known the elevators have been non functional for months now. However at check...

”Disappointing Stay – Bugs in the Hotel Room I was very disappointed with the condition of my hotel room. I found ladybugs and ants on the ceiling, floor, and curtains. I took several photos as evidence. Finding insects throughout the room was unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. I expected a clean, well-maintained room, but this experience fell short of my expectations. Hotel management should take pest control and room inspections more seriously. I would not recommend...

”The location was perfect and there is self-serve hot breakfast every morning. Don't expect clean towels, hand towels, or wash cloths, toilet paper, or trash bags unless you find the two "housemen" that clean the room after you leave. Absolutely no cleaning is done until after you leave. Front desk told us to leave dirty linens outside, along with trash, but over 12 hours later they were still there. The only time we were in the lobby, there were two check-in girls talking rudely about an...

”Rooms were clean except for a couple of hairs in the bathroom. Beds were so comfy that my husband and I took a pic of the mattress name so we can find one for home. Staff was great! Breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel...and we have stayed at many. The only problem was that you could hear through the walls a little. Not really a problem unless you get neighbors like we had that were screaming at each other as loudly as they could have possibly screamed for at least 30-40 minutes in the...

”The room was very clean and cozy. The location is close to restaurants and major attractions. I loved the rocking chairs on the entrance porch.”

”Great stay!! Staff and breakfast was great!”
