”Rooms were clean except for a couple of hairs in the bathroom. Beds were so comfy that my husband and I took a pic of the mattress name so we can find one for home. Staff was great! Breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel...and we have stayed at many. The only problem was that you could hear through the walls a little. Not really a problem unless you get neighbors like we had that were screaming at each other as loudly as they could have possibly screamed for at least 30-40 minutes in the...

”Disappointing Stay – Bugs in the Hotel Room
I was very disappointed with the condition of my hotel room. I found ladybugs and ants on the ceiling, floor, and curtains. I took several photos as evidence.
Finding insects throughout the room was unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. I expected a clean, well-maintained room, but this experience fell short of my expectations.
Hotel management should take pest control and room inspections more seriously. I would not recommend...

”The location was perfect and there is self-serve hot breakfast every morning. Don't expect clean towels, hand towels, or wash cloths, toilet paper, or trash bags unless you find the two "housemen" that clean the room after you leave. Absolutely no cleaning is done until after you leave. Front desk told us to leave dirty linens outside, along with trash, but over 12 hours later they were still there.
The only time we were in the lobby, there were two check-in girls talking rudely about an...

”We checked in late and was suppose to meet friends at 7:30 the next morning. We got up to shower and there was not 1 towel or washcloth anywhere in the room. The office did not open until 10:00 so no shower that morning! The staff was extremely rude. We had rented for 1 night. We checked in around 8:00 that afternoon. We told them that we might want to add another night. WE was told we better go ahead or it would be booked. We did. Then during the night we got a call of a death that we...

”We had an absolutely wonderful stay here for our babymoon! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The view from our room was incredible and made for such a peaceful, relaxing getaway. Our hosts were truly exceptional — so kind, welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The fresh-made breakfast every morning was such a special touch and something we looked forward to each day.
We also loved having access to all of the resort’s amenities and really appreciated...
