”Arriving on a Thursday late afternoon no one was available to help us check in. We waited in the parking lot for about 30 minutes. (The lobby door was locked.) After calling the phone number that was posted on the window several times (with no answer) we decided to ask the employees next door if they knew if anyone was working at the Days Inn lobby and we found the Hotel lobby staff at the smoke shop next door.
After checking in to our room we noticed the lock on the hotel room door was...

”Close to restaurants and shopping. Great Smokey Mountain Railroad Train Depot about a 2 minute drive from their parking lot. The staff is AMAZING! They give you options for your breakfast and serve it exactly the way you want it. The homemade blueberry bread is delicious. You will get a tour of the grounds as soon as you arrive. The rooms are very clean. The whole place is very charming. I highly recommend. ”
