”The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was cereal milk coffe muffins but not eggs bacon or waffles available. There was fruit, juice milk but nothing hot. Everything was great except the breakfast. Clean rooms also. I would stay there again but eat breakfast at Melba’s. ”

”The bathroom wasn’t cleaned. The toilet was disgusted, pretty dirty ”

”The sheets were very uncomfortable. Felt like sand paper. I had to go buy some soft ones. Our wait for fast food pick up was an hour. The room spelt like smoke when we walked in. The toilet is very low to the floor. The room can use some up the date furniture ”

”The staff were very friendly and accommodating! Clean room and comfortable bed! The only cons, that were noticed, was the sink in our bathroom was very slow to drain and the bathroom door did not remain closed. Would definitely stay here again if we visit this area.”

”Expedia let us make reservations several months ago for Super Bowl Weekend but did not coordinate with the owners of Newfound Lodge as the hotel was closed for the season. Expedia should not be making reservations for a hotel that is closed and also should let customers know that it wasn’t going to be open. I don’t blame Newfound Lodge but this needs to be fixed! ”

”Room was clean. The only issue was that the maid didn't clean our room while we were there. They allow dogs so unfortunately we were beside a room that brought their 2 yorkies. They barked all day until their owners came back. ”

”Very clean room, great view of the river. Parking is right in front of your room. It’s very old but for one night you can’t beat the price. Bed and pillows were very comfy.”
