”Overall it was a good stay. My wife liked the pillows, I didn't - I think they could use a refresh. Breakfast options were meh. Mostly bread, a muffins, etc. And I think there was one two slot toaster. If that's all you're going to have don't make your guests wait for a toaster. On the bright side, it's close to the casino and is much cheaper if you don't have any comps and it's a great central place in Cherokee for other activities.”

”Affordable, great location, free shuttle to the casino, pretty out back by the river, bunny's and other wildlife, comfortable bed and modern bedding. Older motel so of course some areas are aged but great for the money. If you have 5 star interest, look elsewhere.”

”The staff was really nice and accommodating. I had a situation use the bathroom and ended up breaking out. I think I had an allergic reaction to the cleaning supplies used to clean the bathtub but the staff handled it very well.”

”Great balcony or porch view of the river. Super relaxing to just sit outside and listen to the water of the river. Room was clean and convenient location. It was exactly the pace and speed we needed.”

”When I arrived, no one was available in the office and the door was locked so I was unable to check in until staff returned. While checking in, a couple requested a refund due to cleanliness and up keep of their room. My room was okay but will never still there again. My room smelled of smoke. When made my reservation months prior I requested a non smoke room. I did not find a room at another hotel because they were booked due to several events in the areas. The pool was not operational in...

”Balcony facing the river building was an older one but was clean and well maintained Staff were very good people helpful and courteous will stay there again on next trip.”
