”Overall, the stay was generally okay, but there were two notable issues. First, the floor had some grime, which is somewhat typical for a motel room but still noticeable. Second, the plumbing seems inactive for a while because when first turning on the shower or faucet, or after flushing the toilet, the water initially runs yellow-brown. Fortunately, it clears up and runs clean in less than a minute.”

”We arrived last night at around 8 seemed ok then this morning we woke up to our room with 1 in of water on the floor, mind you we were on the 3rd floor. Front desk told us to call customer service. In all my years of renting hotels this has to be the worst experience I have ever experienced. Im calling customer service foe a refund. This was unacceptable at all levels.”
