”The staff at this hotel were the friendliest I have encountered. They were chatty and took their time to ensure that we had the best possible experience. The food - both dinner and breakfast- was wonderful and the spa was relaxing and clean .”

”Everywhere in the hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were brilliant, especially the reception and breakfast ladies. Full English was exceptional. Evening meal was very good quality and reasonably priced. The spa was quality, and clean.
We shall definitely be returning in the new year *****”

”The staff throughout were courteous and helpful. Our room was quiet, clean, comfortable and well heated on a cold day. The breakfast buffet was plentiful - great choice of cold and hot dishes. Hotel is in a great location on the outskirts of Norwich and with free parking, we caught local taxi to get around. Didn’t use the pool this time though it was good several years ago. Will definitely return again”

”We have just returned from a two-night stay, with two mothers and our 11-year-old sons in a 2-bedroom property. The two-bedroom house we were staying in was very comfortable, completely modernised and in excellent condition, well-heated (a huge bonus since it was snowing on this specific weekend), with wonderful beds and everything you could really want. The two bathrooms were beautiful, and the showers were fantastic. The service was terrific, and parking was easy, though be prepared to walk...

”We had a lovely stay. The facilities and staff are all brilliant. The pool and lake was a bit too cold for us in October but will be back in the summer. We had lots of little walks, family game time and enjoyed the boat in the lake. Our dog was in heaven swimming every day!”
