”Excellent location. Top floor has a lovely sea and beach view. Reception were friendly and booking in easy. The choice of breakfast was excellent as were the breakfast staff. The only downside was that I booked during the heatwave and there’s no air conditioning in the room. A fan is provided-but in extreme heat air conditioning would’ve been perfect. I recommend this hotel and will return in the future.”

”The hosts were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean, though in need of a few bits of maintenance (loo roll hooder rusty and broken, water in the sink due to the plug not staying out, loose socket by the bed). ”The lodge was clean, well equipped we cooked every night. WiFi was strong we managed to watch things through our Amazon stick. Staff were helpful, and on hand If we needed anything. The only slight issue was the hot tub, it took a long time to get to temperature and needed monitoring so when we went out we couldn’t then go in the hot tub for a few hours when we got back. It probably didn’t help it was so cold at the time of year we visited.”
